REFUND & CANCELLATION  POLICY

Subscription Cancellation

This policy outlines the process for canceling your subscription and what to expect upon cancellation. 

If you have purchased any subscription plan from Tango IT Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (“Tango Eye” or “we” or “us”), you can cancel your subscription anytime without cause. To do so: 

1.      Visit our website at www.tangoeye.ai ( we only have a web app and no mobile app) 

2.      Log-in to your account. 

3.      Go to Payments & Subscriptions 

3.      Click on Need Help 

4.      Click on Cancel Subscription 

You will receive an email confirmation (from  hello@tangotech.ai) that your subscription has been canceled. You can also check your account settings to confirm that your subscription has been canceled.  

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period or 30 days, whichever is later. You will continue to have access to all features of the service until then. 

Refund Policy

Unless agreed otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. If you believe that Tango Eye has charged you in error, please contact us at (hello@tangotech.ai). This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply. 

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a revised version of this policy on our website.
